Default Menu Location This screen is launched from either the Sales Order header or the Quote Header page (called RFQb on the quote screen) once the
SO Bullet List Rule has been filled out.
Screen Name SOBLIST
Function The SOb/RFQb button will launch a jump screen that will allow you to populate and edit a list of disclaimers based on text in the rule, or a linked .txt file. Once saved, the text body can display on the Sales Order, Quote and/or packing slip forms.
Bullet notes can be automatically checked based on the item chosen. Create a new item attribute called SOBLIST-bulletcode where the bullet code matches the code set up on the
SOBLIST Rule. When an item having that attribute is placed on a sales order or quote, the note will automatically check itself. Once user previews the message, they can save it and print it on their documentation.
