Function This rule sets the message options that print out as a list on the Bullet List screen that is launched by the SOb/RFQb Buttons on the Sales Order or Quote. The SOb/RFQb Buttons will not display unless this rule is filled out.
Rule Setup – Text Fields
Short Description: The title of the disclaimer or message
Long Description: The full text of the message up to 99 characters.
FileName: You can enter the next of a text file, with the extension included, if you need more space or formatting to display.
Rule Setup – Number Fields
Sorter: The number here will determine the order in which the messages are displayed when launching the SOb Button.
