Function: This rule is designed to give end users the option to toggle Heartland credit card integration on and off by warehouse location.
Rule Setup – Text Fields
Whse: Enter the name of the Warehouse to apply the rule for. The warehouse must exist in the system.
Rule Setup – Number Fields
Loctid: Enter the Loctid of the warehouse. This can be found in the Warehouses screen.
Rule Setup – Logic Fields
Block: Check this box to block the Heartland Payment Systems screen from launching when initiating a Point of Sale (POS) at that warehouse location from the Sales Order screen.
Further Notes
This rule only takes affect when Heartland integration has been set up in a specific Adjutant environment. This rule is needed for each warehouse that doesn't want to use Heartland cc integration. However, this rule does not need to be set up for any warehouse that does want to use Heartland. If a particular warehouse has been added to this rule, and later need to use the Heartland POS CC screen, uncheck the Block checkbox in the rule to reenable that screen.
