General Information
Function: The Project Batch Number is meant to assist with production planning and scheduling. Assign Batch Numbers to those projects that have Production Work Orders that can be produced together.
How To Use: The Batch Number field can be edited from either the Project Control screen, or the Project Grid, and is a read only field on the Production Work Order Master screen. When the Batch Number is added or changed, it will be updated in all displayed locations. If Production Work Orders have already been generated prior to a Batch Number being assigned, once it is assigned to the Project, those Work Orders will be automatically updated.

Additional Features
PROJ-BATCH Event: The PROJ-BATCH event has been created to allow for auto alerts to be setup when the Batch Number field is edited in any way.
Security Tokens
MSNGRID, EDIT: If checked, the user is able to edit data on the Project Grid that will update the project record. Editable columns are denoted by a red column header. The Batch Number column is editable with this security token enabled.
