Screen Name: WATERUPDATE
Function: Updates address/connection information for water districts based on three specific file formats. It can also be used to create a new file for the Water District Import.

Make a Water Import File
To make an import file, there are three files you need:
- CMM001.dat
- LOC001.dat
- EQQ001.dat
Browse and select each file according to each field on the screen.
The
District ID will default to a value based on the files. You can change it to something else, but it is only used for the resulting file you are going to make at this point.
Click the
Make Water Import File button to create the spreadsheet file. It will be named the same thing as the District ID and will placed in the root of your Adjutant folder.
Update District
To update connections that have already been imported, you only need the location and equipment files, but it doesn't hurt anything to have the customer file loaded as well.
Make sure the value in the District ID field matches the District's ID in Adjutant!In order to update the Subdivision for each connection, the subdivisions must be set up in Adjutant and be made SUBDIV children of the District. See video below for example.
