Prompt 70 is used to create new cartons.
Note: Cartons will not appear in VT, only way to see the created carton is on the printed label
Prompt Walk-Through
1. Enter carton name
2. Enter carton type
3. Enter carton location
4. Repeat steps 1-3 for multiple cartons
