Transfer Request Processor

General

Screen Name - TRANSREQSEND

Menu Path - Transaction > Item Control > Transfer Request Processor

Function - The Transfer Request Processor screen is used to process and maintain all Transfer Request records.



Buttons

Load Requests - Loads Transfer Requests based on the selected filters.

Process Transfer - Processes the entered item data from the "Transfer From" warehouse to the "Transfer To" warehouse. This button is only available when a "Submitted" Transfer Request is selected.

Undo Submit - Sends the selected Transfer Request back to "Pending" status to allow editing and re-submitting. This button is in the top grid in the "Undo Submit" column and is only available for submitted Transfer Requests that have not been processed.



Filters

Start Date - Used to load Transfer Request records with a Request Date date equal to or after the date entered.

End Date - Used to load Transfer Request records with a Request Date date equal to or before the date entered.

Request Status - Used to load Transfer Request records the the status that is selected.



Process



Step 1 - Use the Load Requests filters to display the records. By default, the screen will load all "Submitted" requests.

Step 2 - Tap or click on the Transfer Request record to process in the top grid. The item details will appear in the Transfer Details grid. Fill out the quantities to transfer along with any serial or lot information. Click the Process Transfer button.

*Note: Transfer Requests can be partially fulfilled. The remaining amounts can be transferred at a later time, or the request can be completed as is.*

Step 3 - Select Yes to finalize the transfer, or No to cancel. If Yes is clicked, the items will be moved in Adjutant.

Special Security

View Other Users (S1) - If enabled, the logged in user will be able to see Transfer Requests submitted by everyone instead of just their own.
