Function The Sales Order Default Dates rule allow setting default date offsets for various date types on the Sales Order screen.
Rule Setup – Text Fields
Date Type: This should be either "PWO DUE", "PWO Sch(A)", "PWO Sch(L)", "SO REQ", or "SO LOAD" to identify if the offset settings apply to the PWO Due Date, PWO Scheduled Date, SO Req Date, or SO Load Date.
Note: The PWO Due date is offset from the SO Req Date. The PWO Sch(A) date is offset from the SO Add Date. The PWO Sch(L) date is offset from the SO Load Date. The SO Req and SO Load dates are offset from the SO Date. Also note that there are two options for PWO Sch Date and only one of those 2 options should be used for defaulting the PWO Schedule Date.Rule Setup – Number Fields
Offset Days: This should be the number of days to offset the specified date type. Negatives can be entered here.
Rule Setup – Logic Fields
Active: Check this box to activate the offset date settings for the selected line.
