Function This rule sets the message options that print out as a list on the Bullet List screen that is launched by the Bullet List button on the Purchase Order. The PO Bullet List Button will not display unless this rule is filled out.
Rule Setup – Text Fields
Short Description: The short title of the disclaimer or message. This short description can link to custom Item Attributes in the ITEMATTRIB rule using the format 'POBLIST-XXX' where the 'XXX' matches the short description in this rule.
Long Description: The full text of the message up to 99 characters.
FileName: You can enter the next of a text file, with the extension included, if you need more space or formatting to display. The text file should be saved in the Adjutant root folder.
Rule Setup – Number Fields
Sorter: The number here will determine the order in which the messages are displayed when launching the Bullet List Button.
