Function This rule allows users to define several Diamond Reports that can be processed using the Auto Process button from the MBS Import Matchup screen. The Diamond Reports can be configured automatically update records in the matchup screen based on the report criteria. These can help with reconciling incorrect matchups or handle exception cases.
The Diamond Reports used with the MBS Import process require special coding and a knowledge of SQL data tables. This is an advanced feature and requires assistance from the ABIS support team to build the associated Diamond reports so they interact correctly with the MBS data. Contact ABIS support if you are interested in using this feature.
Rule Setup – Text Fields
Diamond Name (text1): Enter the Diamond Report name that should be processed with the MBS Import Auto Process button. Each Report must be added as a new rule detail record.
Rule Setup – Number Fields
Order (num1): If multiple Diamond Reports are entered, enter a number to indicate the order that the reports should process.
Rule Setup – Logic Fields
There are no Logic fields in use.
