Screen Name: ORGTEMP
Function: The Pending API Organizations screen shows all organization submissions that have been filled out on the new Public API screen. From here, people can review and edit entries before pushing them through to Adjutant to be created as a live Organization with the Suspect attribute.
Buttons & Fields
Ignore Selected: Removes all selected entries from this list without creating Organization records in Adjutant.
Add Selected: Adds all selected entries as Organizations in Adjutant.
Update All: Saves all updates made to the fields in the Grid.
Acct Manager: Displays a list of all Account Managers in Adjutant. If an Account Manager is selected in the dropdown when the "Add Selected" button is clicked, the selected Account Manager will be filled in on the Organization record.
Follow Up Date: Allows user to set a date to follow up with the note created once organization is processed.
Priority: Allows user to set a priority for the note created once organization is processed.
Special Functions
All columns are red and editable to allow users to update and manipulate date into desired formats. After making edits, hit "Update All" to apply the changes
Adjutant will scan for possible duplicate organizations based on name and address, which will be flagged as red. User can drill into the organization and choose to merge the suspect with the existing organization, or skip the merging and create a new suspect.
The account manager selected at the bottom of the screen when the organization is processed will become the account manager for the organization (viewable from the home screen of the CRM).
Once added, a follow up note will be assigned to the selected account manager (or the current account manager of the existing organization if merged).
