General Information
Function Adjutant is able to integrate with Intellitrak software during the production process to send production data to Intellitrak for tracking using Scanner Prompt 54 (Print Production Label). After Intellitrak processes the part, the data is sent back to Adjutant and production labels can be printed.
Adjutant Setup Required
54ITRACK Item Attribute: This Item attribute is assigned to items that will use the Intellitrak integration.
Please note, the latest data update and Foxprocess program need to be installed.
Using the Integration
When using Prompt 54 to make a copy of the PWO tag by printing a label, items with the Intellitrak attribute will now prompt the user to pass the information to Intellitrak (1 is "Yes", 2 is "No"). If the user selects 1, a record is inserted into the ITRACKLABEL table, including the Project ID, the item's Piece Mark, the Line Weight, the Add date and User. Intellitrak will pull it and process it into their own system. Once the record is updated as being processed by Intellitrak, Adjutant will print the updated PWO tag.
