Default Menu Location¶

This screen is a "Jump Screen" and can only be called from another screen, the Buyout Sheet Screen.

Transaction >> Procurement >> Buyout Sheet (Click on "Generate Vendor Bids" button)

Generate Vendor Bids Screen

General Description¶

Generate Vendor Bids screen displays the users different bids for an item(s) from several different vendors who have the merchandise in stock with the prices they offer.

Item: Item code

Description: Item description

Vendor: Vendor name

Last Quote: Price quote as of date

Cost: Quoted price
