General Description¶

Default Menu Location: Maintain >> System >> Rule Maintenance >> Department

Screen Name: RULEM

Function: Departments are used to classify tasks and labor.

Department Rule¶

Department Color Picker

Name: Enter the name of the department.

Code: Enter the code for the department.

GL Group: Enter the GL group associated with this department.

Report Group: Enter the Report Group associated with this department.

Default: Check this box if this department is to be the default shown on drop-down menus.
