Function This rule will check the Certs box on the sales order header when items from two specific departments are loaded onto an order or converted from a quote. For example, the Certs box would check when a trim dept item and a hardware dept item are placed on the order.

Rule Setup – Text Fields

Dept Code 1-5: This is a 2 digit code that refers to the Department code in the department rule. When items of each department listed are added to the sales order, the Certs box will check itself.
