This message will appear when:
1. The CID Maintenance setup option "Check for Linked POs" is selected
AND
2. You try to complete a service order that has a linked purchase order that has not been received/closed.
To complete the service order, receive the item on the purchase order and click the
Task Complete button on the service order again.
