Filters & Functions

There are a variety of filters that can be used when looking for open items or PWOs. Multiple sets of dates and category filters can be applied to a single query allowing for robust focused searches across a company's PWOs.

Setup

The options in the green "Setup" box pictured below can be toggled on and off easily to adjust the parameters of a search. These options are discussed in greater detail in the next section of this article.

Clicking "Classic" under "Filter Mode" displays a Master Screen with basic Date Range filters. In addition to filtering by date ranges, searches can be made within specific categories. This dropdown is available from the Master Screen for Production Scheduling, and is pictured below:

Clicking "New" under "Filter Mode" will display a Master Screen similar to the one below. It contains additional filters to be added to the filter bank for a search. These additional filters are custom built from rule sets to suit an organization's specific needs.

Actions

These filter sets can be saved for later use, allowing a user to quickly access frequently used sets. These sets are saved using the "Save Filters" button from the gold Actions menu on the left side of the screen (pictured below)
