General Information
Default Menu Location: Reports >> General Ledger >> Trial Balance
Screen Name: GLTBAL
Function: Print the trial balance for a given fiscal period.
Fields
GL Period: Select the fiscal year and period for the trial balance report.
Starting/Ending GL Acct: Run the trial balance for a range of accounts, or leave these fields blank for all accounts.
Exclude Zero Balances: Excludes account with a zero dollar balance.
Exclude Closing Entry: Excludes the year-end closing entry from the trial balance.
Click the Export button to dump the report directly into Excel.
