Default Menu Location Maintain >> System >> Rule Maintenance

Function Allows user to map where the HTML Report information is generated to and stored from the HTML Report button on the Task Status report.

Rule Setup – Text Fields

Web URL: This should point to a folder called HTMLREPORT in the root of the website for your domain. This folder will need to be added.

Image Path: This should be the UNC path to the same place as the Web URL field is pointing to. Anyone who will be generating this report will need write access to this folder.

PDF Placeholder:This is the file path to the thumbnail picture that will be used to display PDF images in the Attachments column of the report. It should also be in the root of the website.
