Function Price Quote screen allows you to inquire about prices for different "Item(s)". This will be based on the set up in the Customer Pricing screen and/or specific Contract Pricing for a customer. The results will display according to their price group set up.

Fields/Filters

ID: Company ID

Company: Company name

Item: Item code to be priced

Unit: Sell Unit for the item

RateCode: This is used for pricing in time tracking. Users can select Regular, Overtime, Double or Triple.

OrderQty: Quantity ordered

Customer Entered: Option for customers who entered the orders (works with eCommerce module)

ContractID: This will be a list of contracts that exist for the selected customer. There may be more than one contract for a single customer.

Results

List/Unit Price: Listed price for the "Item" or "Service"

Pricing Unit: The unit for the shown price

Ship Qty: Quantity shipped

Contract/Current Price: The current price for the customer.

Origin: How the customer specific price is determined (either by Price or Cost)

Factor Type: How the new price is marked up from the Origin

Factor Amount: The amount marked up for the new price.

Ext Price: The Extended price for the total quantity.
