General Information

Function The Task Project Update Logic Rule Maintenance record controls the standard task codes used to update the linked Project Account Manager and Assigned Squad values. The assigned resource on tasks listed in this rule will use their assigned squad to fill the Project Assigned Squad and the Supervisor from the squad will be filled as the Account Manager on the linked project. The rule can also control task assignments assigned to a squad leader by assigning the squad Supervisor as Extra1 and the Stand In #1 value as Extra3.

Standard Task ID: Enter the Standard Task keyno value for each task that should be used to default values into the Project record.


Rule Setup – Logic Fields

AM Update (1): Check this box to update the Project Account Manager with the Supervisor from the assigned resource's squad.

SQ Update (1): Check this box to update the Project Assigned Squad with the resource's squad.
