Function Physical Inventory Worksheet screen allows users to update the inventory on the worksheet if there is any discrepancies arise; the discrepancies quantity, the date, the item, and etc will be recorded.

Class: Merchandise class
Beginning Item: Beginning item for the report
Ending Item: Ending item for the report
Commodity Code: The commodity code
Price Group: Price group
VendNo: Vendor number or code
Owner: Merchandise owner
Held for: Customer merchandise is holding for
Sort By: Preference to choose for the report
