Function allows the user to check the unit setup on items, and converts between different units
Fields
Item Item code for the inventory item
Description Item description of the inventory item
Old Unit Original unit of measurement defined for the selected inventory item
Old Qty Quantity to be used for conversion. Example, if a user is converting 10 ft of trim into weight, they would enter "10"
Old Price Price of the item based on its default assigned units
New Unit Unit of measurement to convert to
New Qty Calculated value of the converted unit
New Price Calculated price of the converted unit
Factor Value used for conversion calculations. Factor is determined by the selected lot, or by values defined in the item master.
