General Description

Default Menu Location:
From a task, click the Service Order Timesheet (clock symbol) button on the bottom right of the screen, then click the Equipment tab.
Screen Name:
QUICKTIIME
Function:
The Equipment tab is used to add equipment that was used during the completion of the task.
Equipment

Equipment is maintained in the
Asset Information screen
.
Click
New
to add a piece of equipment.
Equip. ID:
The equipment's (Asset) ID.
Equip Bill Code:
The bill code for the equipment. This is an item set up in the Item Master with a
Product Group of Equipment
.
This field should default to the 'Based On' item listed in the Asset Information screen if that item is Equipment.
Desc:
The equipment's description or name. This field will be automatically populated if the ID is entered and vice versa.
Start/Stop/Total:
The start time, stop time, and total time the equipment was used.
Trans Date:
The date the equipment was used.
Click
Save
when finished entering the piece of equipment.
