Using Service Order Lookup Tool

Found on toolbar (magnifying glass/checkmark)
Screen Name:
LOADTASK
Function:
The Service Order Lookup Tool is used to find and edit a service order when you know the service order number.
Using Service Order Lookup Tool
¶
Enter the service order number and press enter.
The red letters spelling
LOCKED
tell you that the service order is locked.
The purple number displays which Solution Code was used to complete the service order.
Click the
Service Order
button to open the Task Entry Screen for the service order you have selected.
Click the
Time Entry
button to open the Time Entry Screen for the service order you have selected.
Click the
Authorize (INT)
button to give internal authorization to the service order.
Click the
Print SvrOrd
button to open the Message Control Screen for the service order you have selected.
Click the
Print WrkOrd
button to print the entire work order (all service orders on one page).
Click the
Print All SvrOrd
button to print all individual service orders.
Click the
Mark as Billed
button to mark the service order as invoiced.
Click the
Un-Bill
button to mark the service order as unprocessed (not billed).
Click the
Lock
button to lock the service order (once a service order is locked, you may not edit any time/material/equipment entries).
Click the
UnLock
button to unlock the service order.
