Function The Item Price Update screen is used to update the Base Cost and List Price of items in the
Item Master.
Fields/Filters
The import file is processed in two ways
SOCUPDATE is N or not Mapped
ItemMaster Fields updated (if mapped)
Basecost, Stdcost, Listprice
If Vendor and Vpart and QCost are mapped, then the Vendor Vpart quoted cost is updated
If Qcost is mapped and UpVPart = 'Y', then all Vpart Qcost records are updated
If item has a Special StdCost Attribute and Stdcost is mapped, the SpecialStdCost value is updated
If QCost is mapped, QDate should be mapped also
SOCUPDATE is Y
The Controlling Qty Item Price Adjust in the SOC is updated with the listprice mapped value.
The Controlling Qty Item Cost Adjust in the SOC is updated with the basecost mapped value.
Import File
The headings in the spreadsheet should be exactly as they are shown in
this example.
