Screen Name: SOLDTO
Function: Sold To is an attribute jump screen from the Organization Screen.

Misc Code: User-defined field
Salesperson: Salesperson for this organization
- Only people with the SALES attribute will be listed for selection in the drop-down menu
Territory: Territory or region for this organization
- Organization Territories are maintained in the Rule Maintenance screen by selecting Organization Territory Codes from the drop-down menu
Price Code: Price code for billing
- The price code will be used to determine pricing if no contract applies to customer
- Price Codes are maintained in the Rule Maintenance screen by selecting Organization Pricing Codes from the drop-down menu.
Account Manager: Account manager for this customer
- Only people with the ACCTMGR attribute will be available for selection
Default ShipTo: Select the customer's default shipping or work location
Tax Exempt #: If the customer is tax exempt, enter their tax exempt number and check the
Exempt box
- Exempt box must be checked for the customer to be marked as a tax exempt company
Default Note: Type a default note to appear on the customer's sales order
ABC Codes: Display the Organizations ratings based on the set up of
this screen- '''ABC Codes" displays on the Sales Order screen.
