The Resource Time Clock provides a simple way for multiple resources to punch in and out of tasks.
It can be used with a bar code scanner to scan the Resource ID and Task#.
Logic
The screen allows entry/scanning of ResID and Task Number. Clicking on punch button punches in or out of task based on logic.
If a service order number is entered, then the Resource is punched into that task. If the Resource is already punched into another task, that task is also punched out of.
If no Task number is entered, and the Resource is punched into a task, then that Task is punched out of.
A Time entry is made on every punch out.
