The Virtual Time Clock is used to punch in and out of tasks assigned to a resource. It is a way to easily track your exact time spent on a task.

See below for instructions on how to use this screen.

STEP 1: Select the task you wish to punch in for in the left hand column.

STEP 2: Click Punch IN. The letters below the button should change to IN.

STEP 3: When you are ready to punch out of the task, click Punch Out.

STEP 4: A task block will appear in the time slot you punched in/out.

STEP 5: To enter a description of work performed, simply select the text in the task block and type over it with your description.

STEP 6: Select a new task in the left hand column and Punch IN. Repeat the steps above.

Click 30Min button to toggle between 15 and 30 minute increments.

Click Print to print the Virtual Time Clock for the day displayed.

Double-click on the task block to open the Resource Time Entry Screen.
