This tab displays all the shipping events associated with a project.
Project #: Enter the project number and name of the project.
Recipient: The person or organization receiving the shipment. When you choose the Recipient from the drop-down menu, its address appears below. Also appears under "ShipTo" in the grid of Shipping Events.
SE#: The number of the selected shipping event. Adjutant automatically assigns shipping numbers with the project number, a hyphen and a sequential letter (for example, "757-A"). The SE# also appears under the "SE#" column in the grid of Shipping Events, and the sequential letter appears under "Suffix".
Est. Ship Date: Estimated date the Event will ship. Also appears under "Est. Date" in the grid of Shipping Events.
Shipping Method: The method of shipping.
Destination Code: Code for the shipping destination. Could be a value from Adjutant, such as the Organization Code, or could be an internally designated and tracked code or name. Also appears under "Dest. Code" in the grid of Shipping Events.
PackHold: In some implementations of Adjutant, the PackHold box is checked once a shipping event is created. Once the box is cleared, warehouse personnel are authorized to scan the cartons for shipment.
Delivery Route: If the shipping event is on a delivery route, this box will be checked and the field will display the scheduled delivery route for the shipping event.
Make SO: Click this button to create a new sales order containing the information of the selected Shipping Event.
