How to add new phases to a project
Step 1: Click the new button in the upper right hand corner of the phase tab:
Step 2: A prompt box will then ask user if the new phase is a child of the existing phase, select yes or no:
Step 3: Enter in the phase information in the fields, and click the save button upon completion:
General Description
This tab displays the Phases associated with the project.
Phase Name:  The name of the phase.
Target Start Date:  The targeted start date of the phase.
Target Complete Date:  The targeted completion date of the phase.
Approved Amount:  The approved total budget for completion of the phase.
Complete: Check this box if the phase has been completed.
