General Description
The Coil Import program allows you to import your coil inventory into Adjutant.
Logic behind import program: You must have item code, coil number, and actual weight filled out in the spreadsheet. If the coil is new (not in Adjutant already), you must also have lineal feet.
Item codes that are not matched will be added. Item codes/coil #s that are matched will be updated with the new info on the spreadsheet.
Spreadsheet layout:
Column A: COIL NUMBER
Column B: WAREHOUSE
Column C: Receipt date
Column D: Received by
Column E: ITEM CODE
Column F: LINEAR FEET
Column G: Theo Weight
Column I: ACTUAL WEIGHT
Column J: Grade
Column K: Condition
Column L: Base Metal
Column M: Backer
Column N: Thickness
Column O: Coat
Column P: Vendor
Column Q: PO #
Column R: Mill Name
Column S: Mill Coil #
Column T: Processor Name
Column U: Processor #
Column V: Paint Code
Column W: Cost per CWT
Column X: Total cost (not used in import; the program figures out total cost based on cost/cwt and actual weight)
Column Y: Print (NO if you don’t want a tag; YES if you want to print a tag)
