The MBS Description Import Screen allows users to quickly add multiple MBS X-Ref records.
Template
The MBS X-Ref Template can be downloaded
here. The template columns are:
Item - This is the column to put the Adjutant Item Code that you want to import MBS X-References for.
Mbsdesc - MBS Description that should flag a match up between MBS and Adjutant in the MBS Match Up screen.
Mbscolor - MBS Color Code
Mbspart - MBS Part Number
Mbsthick - MBS Thickness
Additional Information
The default process for the import is to delete and add. If you are trying to import multiple MBS X-References for one Adjutant Item Code, check the Import Duplicate Records checkbox before import.
