HOW TOs¶

How to Copy Page Settings from One User to Another¶

• Sign in to Web Adjutant
  

• Click on the Setup page button
  

• Go to Application Setup >> Copy Page Settings at the bottom menu bar
  

• Select users from the People Lookuplink or by typing in their name (a pop-up window will appear).
  

• Main User is the person being copied from and the User 2 is the person copying to
  

• Click Copy Settings after selecting users
  

The Main User's pages will be copied over to the other user's web portal.

How to Export User Settings¶

The Export and Import Page Settings features can be used to export one user's pages and then import them into another.

The advantage of the export/import feature over the Copy Settings feature is that you can select which pages to export/import and also include a user's default function header settings.

• Sign in to Web Adjutant
  

• Click on the Setup page button
  

• Go to Application Setup >> Export Page Settings
  

• Select User and the Page(s) from the Export Page Settings
  

• Click Export Settings after making the selections
  

• Right Click on the success message and save the link
  

How to Import User Page Settings¶

• Sign in to Web Adjutant
  

• Click on the Setup page button
  

• Go to Application Setup >> Import Page Setting at the bottom menu bar
  

• Select User and the XML file from the Import Page Settings
  

• Check the box to replace the existing file (Leave the box unchecked to add as a new file)
  

• Export Success screen
