Materials Tab InfoOS: This tab is primarily used for back-end/system set up.
Details: This tab contains more specific details associated with the task. This information cannot be editted from this screen. To find out more information, please visit
Details Tab InfoActivity:this tab is used to view all activity for parts/items used for the task. For more information, please visit
Task Activity Tab InfoBilling Notes:This tab is used to enter billing notes (a description of work performed).
Click
Edit to enter a description of work performed in the textbox.
Click
Save to save your text.
PO's: This tab displays any purchase orders linked to the service order.
Alerts: This tab allows a user to set up alerts for this task. For more information, please visit
Task Alerts Tab InfoPredecessor: If task is part of a route of tasks, this is the task which comes before this task in the route.
Questions: Status: This tab is used to display the status of the task. It is automatically updated when the task information is entered.
You may update the task from the
Schedule Screen by right-clicking on a task box and selecting the appropriate action from the menu OR you may update the task in this screen by double-clicking the appropriate action.
