Transaction >> Task Management >> Task Entry - New
Task Entry Screen
Task Entry screen is also accessible from
Adjutant Toolbar
.
Procedures
¶
Click the New button on the top right hand corner of the
Task Entry
screen
Fill out the "Client", "Bill To", and "Location" fields on the screen
Choose a
Type
and
Task
Create a Work Order by clicking the button next to the
WO#
field
Contact, Asset ID, Project, Phase, Priority, Category, and Zone fields need to completed
Save the Entry
Click on the New button below the
Status
tab
Fill out the
Skill Set
,
BillCode
fields
The other fields such as, Duration, Date, Time, Constraint, and Resource fields need to be filled out on the screen as well.
