From the
Organization
screen, click on the green hammer
on the right of the screen to access the
Organization Air Hammer
screen.
The Air Hammer is a drill-down tool that displays information about the organization you have selected.
Click on any of the tabs to display information correlating to the organization and the tab you've selected
Drill down even further by double-clicking on the item you want more information on

to display the Message Control Screen
To search for specific items within certain tabs, enter the item code or description and click the
Search
button

Summary
button or
Detail
button to toggle between summary and detail formats
Tabs

Task:
Open tasks for the organization. You can search by Task name or by Resource.
Notes:
Notes created for the organization. You can search by Subject, Who Created the Note, and Who the Note is Assigned to.
Quotes:
Customer quotes issued to the organization. Offers Summary and Detail views and allows filtering/searching by Quote Type, Item Code, and Item Description.
Purchase Orders:
Purchase orders issued to the organization. Offers Summary and Detail views and allows filtering/searching by PO Status, PO Type, Item Code, and Item Description.
Invoices:
AR Invoices issued to the organization. Offers Summary and Detail views and allows filtering/searching by Invoice Status, Item Code, and Item Description.
Sales Orders:
Sales orders issued to the organization. Offers Summary and Detail views and allows filtering/searching by SO Status, SO Type, Item Code, and Item Description.
Projects:
Projects where the organization is the customer. The Date Range filter is applicable to the Start Date of the Project.
Parents:
Parent organizations of the selected organization.
Children:
Children organizations of the selected organization.
Assets:
Assets owned by the selected organization. Search by Asset Tag, Asset Name, and Serial Number.
Contacts:
People associated with the organization. Search by Full Name and Job Title.
Work Performed:
Tasks that have been completed for the organization. Search by Task name and Resource.
Phone Calls:
Phone calls made to or from the organization (requires telephony module and telephone system integration).
Contracts:
Contracts with the organization. The Date Range filter is applicable to the Start Date of the Contract.
Shipments:
Sales Order Line Item Shipments to the organization. Search by Item Code and Item Description.
Receipt History:
Purchase orders that have been received from the organization. Search by Item, Description, and Warehouse.
Audit Log:
A summary audit log of system interaction involving the organization. Search by UserID, Screen, and Action.
Cash Receipts:
AR Cash Receipts and Applied Credits from the organization. Search by Invoice number, Bank Deposit number, and Cash Receipt Notes.
Payables:
AP Invoices from the organization. Search by Invoice number. Uncheck the Open Invoices box to also display paid invoices.
Payments:
AP Checks sent to the organization. Search by Invoice number, Check number, and Checking Account number.
