General Information

Default Menu Location Maintain >> System >> Rule Maintenance

Function This rule allows users to define custom Adjutant data that can be sent to SWI machines via the SWI integration

Rule Setup – Text Fields

SWI Table: Enter the corresponding SWI database table to use

SWI Field: Enter the specific field in the SWI table that will be used.

Adjutant Table: Enter the Adjutant Table to be passed to SWI. Enter soc for a Configuration question. Other common tables to pass would be itemmaster (item info) and profilexrf (profile info)

Adjutant Field: Enter the specific Adjutant field to be passed.

Field Text:

Field Data Type: Enter the field data type associated with the SWI field. Valid entries are TEXT, INT (Integer), DECIMAL, or DATE)
