1. Unzip the downloaded file into the Adjutant folder or onto your desktop. There will be two dbf files: RuleExport1.dbf and RuleExport2.dbf.
2. Log in to Adjutant.
3. Maintain >> System >> Rule Maintenance
4. Select User Security Rights from the drop-down menu.
5. Click the
Delete Rule icon at the top of the screen.
The system will prompt you and ask if you really want to delete the rule. Click Yes.
6. Click the
Import Rule(s) From File icon.
7. A Windows Explorer window will open looking for the RuleExport1.dbf file. Located it on your computer and click Open.
8. The same Windows Explorer window will open a second time looking for the RuleExport2.dbf file. Locate it on your computer and click Open.
9. The system will prompt you again, asking if you want to import the rule. Click Yes.
10. You are finished once the system gives a "Rules Imported" notification.
You may have to select another rule and then select the User Security Rights rule again for the values to show up.
