Default Menu Location: Maintain >> System >> Rule Maintenance >> PHONECODE (Contact Phone Number Types)
Screen Name: RULEM
Function: Determines what types of phone numbers appear on the
Contact screen. You can have as many different types as you need, however only 4 will appear by default on the Contact screen.

Fields
Phone Name: Enter the name of the type of phone number.
Code: Enter a two letter code used for the type of phone number. This code must be unique and should not be changed once saved.
Order: Enter a number from 1 to 4 to determine the order the phone type appears.
Default: Check this box if this type of phone number will be a default selection on the Contact screen.
