General Description

The GL Report Groups are used in building reports in the Financial Report Writer.

Acct Type: A very short category to group together by.

Type Descrip: A long description of your group type.

Short Report Descrip: A short description of your group type.

Acct Range (Min to Max): A beginning and ending account range:

Normal Balance (Debit, Credit): Designates the normal balance of your report group:

Sort Order: Numeric value which is used in the reporting process.

Zero During Year End Closing: Designate the value to be zero during Year End Closing.
