Default Menu Location: This is a jump screen from the Shipping Event screen, the Carton Details screen, or the Load Shipping Event screen.
Screen Name: UNLOADCART
Function: The carton screen allows the user to unload a packed carton.
Screen Walk-Through
1. Select the lines that need to be unpacked using the boxes in the "Select" column. The
A button on the left of the grid will select all lines, and the
N button will clear all selections.
2. Enter the bin that they will be moved to in the bin field if there is not bin in the grid.
3. Enter the quantity to unload in the "Qty to Unload" field. This will default to the full amount.
4. Click "Unload". A popup will then appear saying that the cartons have been unpacked and the grid will refresh showing the new contents of the carton.
FAQ
Q: How can I change the 'Unload At' dropdown?
A: The Unload At dropdown can only be changed on 1) interplant transfers and 2) non-interplant shipping events where the carton is shipped. If the drop down is disabled on an interplant shipping event, make sure the UNLOADDEFWHSE setup option is disabled and the user's profile doesn't have that field locked in the UNLOADCART security token.
