Screen Name: TTUPDATE
Function: Updates the displayed total rate for each tax table.
For tax amount calculations on the Quote, Sales Order, and Invoice, the total tax rate is always calculated per the jurisdictional rates in the table. To prevent having to calculate the total rate each time a tax table is viewed in a dropdown field, the rate is stored along with the tax table. This program updates that stored value so that the rate displayed in the dropdown list matches the calculated rate per the jurisdictions (state, county, local, SPD, etc).

Fields
To only update tax tables that are in use, select the
In Use radio button.
It is advised to update all tables, however this process takes much longer to complete.
