Function The Service Order Update Tool is used to update and reassign previously entered service orders. You can make changes to the project, phase, and contract.
You may edit the service orders within the grid by clicking on the cell you wish to edit.
Cells within the
Project, Phase, and Contract ID columns may be edited by selecting from a drop-down menu.
Service Orders with invalid or blank contracts will appear in red.
You can right-click on the
Service Order # to
display a menu.
After updating the service orders, click the
Update button to save the changes.
Click the
Print button to for a report of the results in the grid.
Fields/Filters
- Sold To: Enter the Customer ID or Name
- Start Date: Start of the date range you wish to view
- End Date: End of the date range you wish to view (You must enter valid date range.)
- TaskComp: To exclude service orders that have NOT been completed
- Locked: To exclude service orders that have NOT been locked
- Not Billed: To exclude service orders that have NOT been billed
- Exclude Projects: To exclude service orders that are assigned a project
- Exclude Phases: To exclude service orders that are assigned a phase
- Exclude Contracts: To exclude service orders that are assigned a contract
- Invalid Only: To exclude service orders that have a valid contract
