General Information
Quick Punch is an Adjutant 20/20 right click function accessible from any task block, task grid, time sheet, or anywhere task right-click functions exist for a task record.
Function The Quick Punch feature allows multiple resources to quickly punch into a task and begin a timer on the task. The Quick Punch will bring up a screen to allow users to enter or scan their Resource ID (filled out in the Resource Attribute) and punch into a task.
The user will remain punched in until:
1. They use the same Quick Punch button to enter their Resource ID and punch OUT of the task
2. They punch into a different task (which will punch them out of the previous task)
3. The task is completed, which will end ALL open punched in entries on that task
Once punched out, a time entry is created from the start and stop times of the punch. The default bill code for the resource will be used for the time entry.
