Transfer and Adjustment screen allows users to make transfers or adjustments as needed among different warehouse locations.
Transfer Tab
Transfer tab allows users to transfer merchandise from one warehouse to another.
TransferSource Whse: Stocks transferring from
Owner: Stocks owner
HeldFor: Stocks are being held for
Bin: Location in the warehouse
Target Whse: Stocks being transferred to
Owner: Owner of the stock
HeldFor: Stocks are being held for
Bin: Location in the warehouse
Qty On Hand: Quantity on hand
Avg. Cost: Average cost
Item: Item code
You can also search this field by entering a semicolon and the P-Number (tracking number).
For example, if the tracking number is P12345, you would enter ;P12345 in the Item field and the system will populate the Item, Serial/Lot, etc that corresponds to that p-number.
Desc: Item description
Unit: How stocks are measured
Lot / Serial#: Lot or serial number
Qty: Quantity
Project: Project name
Phase: Project phase
Transfer Qty: Transferring quantity
CW Qty: Catch Weight quantity
CW Unit: Catch Weight unit
CW Fact: Catch Weight Factor
Adjustment Tab
Adjustment tab allows users to make inventories adjustment.

Owner: Owner of the stock
Item: Item code
You can also search this field by entering a semicolon and the P-Number (tracking number).

Serial / Lot Cost Change screen allows users to change pricing information.
