Screen Name: COMMSTRUCTURE
Function: A Commission Structure is used to tie an Account Manager or Salesperson to a
Commission Plan.
A person can be tied to as many plans as is needed.

Fields
Plan Name: Select the Commission Plan.
Acct Mgr/Salesperson: Select the AM/SP.
Role: Select what their role is on the Sales Order (typically Account Manager or Salesperson).
Hold Until: Enter a date if you want the person's commission to be automatically marked as held through a certain date.
Pay At: These fields allow you to pay the commission over different statuses of the order. For example, you can pay 25% of the commission when the order is booked, 50% when it is invoiced, and 25% when the invoice is paid.
Enter the percentages at which the commission is due (can be paid) for each status.
Order is applicable to the SO Date.
Invoice is applicable to the Invoice Date.
Paid is applicable to the Cash Receipt transaction date.
The percentages must total 100%.
