An Explanation of People Attributes

Below is a list of all attributes that may be assigned to people. Some of the attributes have corresponding sub-screens that are explained in the available hyperlinks provided below.
Resource:
A resource is defined as a person, company, or asset that is used to conduct business and/or generate revenue.
User in Adjutant:
A User in Adjutant possesses a Log-in Name and Password; they are able to use the system.
Account Manager:
This person may be assigned as the account manager for a customer.
Buyer, Purchase Order:
This person can be assigned as the buyer on a purchase order in the Purchase Orders screen.
Contract Manager:
This person can be assigned as the manager/contact for a specific contract. Contracts are maintained in the Contract Master.
Customer Screen in WebAdj:
This person has access to a customer screen in the web-based Adjutant system that is accessible via the World Wide Web.
Note Owner (Assign To):
You may assign notes to this person.
Project Manager:
This person can be assigned as the manager of a project in the Project Control screen.
Ring Adjutant Phone:
This attribute is for Adjutant Users with the Telephony module only. When selected, it makes a phone ringing sound when you have phone call logs that need to be filled out.
Sales:
This person is in sales and can be selected as the salesperson on a quote or sales order.
Vendor Screen in WebAdj:
This person has access to a vendor screen in the web-based Adjutant system that is accessible via the Internet.
VIP Flag:
Very Important Person; an overly important contact that may require special handling.
