Determine the cost versus the revenue on a specific project.
Report Filter
¶
Project #:
Enter the project number that you want the report to generate
Project Name:
Find a project by the name.
Sales Order Type:
Check any sales order type to include it on the report.
Include Manual JE:
Check this to include manual journal entries coded to the project.
FAQ

Q:
Why doesn't the cost match up to what displays on the Job Cost tab of the project.
A:
This could be due either of the following:
1. The Job Cost by SO Type uses the base cost of the part. The Job Cost tab of the Project displays the average cost of the item.
2. The Job Cost by SO Type groups items by department (indicated by an attribute in the Item Master record). The Job Cost tab of the Project groups items by price group (indicated by the Price Group on the Item Master record).
