Sold To: You make sales to this organization. The fields in this attribute's sub-screen are described below.
Misc Code: User-definable.
Salesperson: The salesperson for this organization. Only People with the SALES attribute will be available for selection in the pull-down menu.
Territory: The territory or region for this organization.
Organization Territories are maintained in the
Rule Maintenance screen by selecting Organization Territory Codes from the pull-down menu.
Price Code: The price code is a determinate in billing. The price code will be used to determine pricing if no contract applies to this customer.
Price Codes are maintained in the
Rule Maintenance screen by selecting
Organization Pricing Codes from the pull-down menu.
Account Manager: The account manager for this customer. Only People with the ACCTMGR attribute will be available for selection.
Default ShipTo: Select the customer's default shipping or work location.
Tax Exempt #: If the customer is tax exempt, enter their tax exempt number and check the
Exempt box.
The
Exempt box must be checked for the customer to be marked as a tax exempt company.
Default Note: Type a default note to appear on the customer's sales order.
